📦 Returns

• Size Issues: Please ensure you carefully check the size mentioned in the product specifications before placing your order. Return or refund requests due to size issues will not be accepted.

• Return Shipping Charge: Customers are required to bear a return shipping charge of ₹120, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Damage Claims: For any damage-related claims, it is mandatory to record a complete 360° unboxing video in clear lighting at the time of receiving the package. This video will serve as proof for damage claims.

• Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

• Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) in the following situations:

  • Book with visible signs of use.

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

• Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 business days to your original payment method.
